Bannerman Park Suites is literally fit for a king; King Charles and Camilla, Queen Consort stayed during their [Royal Visit in 2009](https://www.gov.nl.ca/royalvisit/photos/royal_day3.htm). They liked it so much they sent Princess Anne the following year. In 2015 we were awarded a coveted [5 Star Canada Select Rating](https://canadaselect.com/en/search?title=&tid%5B0%5D=30&field_rating_value=10&language=en), one of the highest honours a Canadian accommodation provider can receive – there are only two designated 5 Star Rated accommodations in St. John’s.
