We offer guided tours of both the Stone Barn Museum and Pinkston Forge.

Brigus is approximately an hour’s drive from St. John’s. Several B&Bs, restaurants, and gift shops are located nearby, as well as portable public washrooms.

### **​Ye Olde Stone Barn —** **The John N. Leamon Museum**

The last of four stone buildings originally built in the 1820s, the barn was restored by the Brigus Historical & Conservation Society. In 1991, it was opened to the public as a museum. Today it proudly boasts numerous displays and artefacts which showcase the unique and interesting history of Brigus.
