The Postmaster’s Bakery originated as an online micro-bakery in the back kitchen of the Bed & Breakfast. Now located at 134 Military Road, at Rawlin’s Cross, the bakery has quickly established itself as a local favourite serving up freshly baked treats and breads 7 days a week, 8 am to 3 pm.
Our creative team of bakers are constantly coming up with new, mouth watering creations! You never know what you’ll see on the shelves!
Chef Brittany is always cooking up something delicious, from sausage rolls, to sandwiches and paninis, to Aussie-style meat pies!
Traditional white bread, bagels, and Eldon’s phenomenal artisan sourdough are just some of the bread selections you’ll find every day!
